Embedded technology and manufacturing informatization

Abstract:

researcher and senior consultant of China Institute of electronic information industry development, born in February 1937 in Xingguo County, Jiangxi Province, graduated from Harbin Institute of technology in 1960, majoring in electronic computer. He is currently the president of China Computer Users Association, the executive director of China Computer Society and the executive director of China Information Association; In the 1960s, he organized the commodity and mass production of transistor computer scientific research achievements in China. In the mid-1970s, under the direct leadership of academician Luo Peilin, a famous expert in electronics, who didn't have that detailed parameters, he actually organized the joint design, development and production of small and medium-sized integrated circuit series computers in China, which made a powerful promotion and laid a good foundation for the construction of China's computer industry. Since the mid-1980s, it has been committed to promoting the application of electronic computers and electronic information technology in the transformation of traditional industries in all walks of life, and has achieved considerable economic benefits; Afterwards, it actively advocated and participated in the construction of information service industry. In 1982, he participated in the work of "preliminary research on the long-term development plan of national science and technology in", and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress award of the national science and Technology Commission in 1988. 1、 With the rapid development of information technology and it, especially the rapid popularization of Internet, the digital era has come. Embedded technology is a new technology derived from the development of information technology. The so-called embedding is to embed the hardware or software of the computer into other electromechanical devices to form a new system, namely the embedded system. Embedded software is the core of digital products, and embedded operating system is the foundation and leader of embedded software. The application of embedded technology and equipment has involved all aspects of production, work and life. From refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, microwave ovens to MP3 and DVD in household appliances; From car control to train and aircraft security; From to PDA); From B-ultrasound, CT to nuclear magnetic resonance in the hospital; Robots and manipulators from machining centers to production lines; From space shuttles, manned spacecraft to underwater nuclear submarines, there are embedded computers, embedded controls, embedded real-time multitasking operating systems, and embedded application software everywhere. It can be said that embedded technology is omnipresent. The application of embedded technology and equipment has a wide range of application fields in all aspects of our national economy and national defense construction, and has a huge market. It can be said that it is a new development of information technology, a new highlight of the information industry, and has become one of the hottest technologies at present. In the future, the growth of the embedded intelligent platform market will be much higher than that of the general PC market, and the embedded industry will become the fastest-growing IT industry in the 21st century. As the famous American futurist Negroponte predicted: the application of embedded intelligent tools in 4-5 years will be the greatest invention and application after the Internet. The rapid development of embedded technology not only makes it an important branch of microelectronics and computer technology, but also changes the classification of computers from supercomputers, mainframes, minicomputers and microcomputers to general-purpose computers and embedded systems. The biggest characteristic of embedded system is its purpose or pertinence, that is, the development and design of each set of embedded system has its special application occasions and specific functions, which is also the main difference between embedded system and general computer system. In addition, embedded technology has a natural connection with real-time. Because the embedded system is designed for a specific purpose and is often limited by space, cost, storage, bandwidth, etc., it must "customize the equipment in hardware and software to the greatest extent, and inspect it clearly to improve efficiency. This result eventually leads to the enhancement of real-time performance. The above two characteristics will generally bring benefits such as shortening the development cycle and reducing costs. Because embedded system is often organically combined with specific applications, and its upgrading is also synchronized with specific products, once embedded system products enter the market, they have a long life cycle. In the next few years, with the informatization and intellectualization; With the development of networking, embedded system technology will also gain broad development space. There are four main development trends of embedded systems: (1) open platform architecture, easy to integrate with other systems; (2) The volume is smaller and smaller, the performance requirements are more stable, and the cost is lower; (3) Applications tend to be diversified, requiring small batch, fast customized services; (4) The function tends to be single, and the integrated function is different from that of general PC. 2、 About the informatization of manufacturing industry. 1. The status and importance of manufacturing industry. When it comes to the status and importance of manufacturing industry, first of all, we cannot leave the actual situation of China. GNP is an important indicator reflecting the comprehensive national strength of a country. It is composed of primary industry (Agriculture), secondary industry (industry and construction) and tertiary industry (service industry). The following table lists the data of China's gross national product (GDP) from 1965 to 2000: from the above data, it can be seen that in 2000, for example, among the three major output values of China's national economy, the second output value accounted for 52%, more than half, while the industry in the second industry accounted for 80-90%, that is, 45% of GDP. Therefore, from the perspective of industrial structure, manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in the whole national economy at this stage. Secondly, analyze from the process of industrialization. In the 18th century, Watt invented the steam engine, the electrification movement from the 19th to the early 20th century, the invention of transistors and the rapid development of microelectronic manufacturing technology since the middle of the 20th century can be considered as the main signs of the stage of industrial development. It is generally believed that industrialization is a long process, which can be divided into early, middle and late stages. In the early stage, the development of light and textile industry (less investment, quick effect, urgent needs of people's life) was the main focus. China experienced this period from the 1980s to the early 1990s, which not only met the urgent needs of people's life, but also improved the original accumulation. Generally speaking, China's industrialization is still in the middle of industrialization. During this period, heavy chemical industry (including iron and steel, metallurgy, automobile, large chemical industry, chemical fiber, petrochemical industry) was mainly developed. This is in line with the current actual situation of our country. In this period, it is a very important historical task for the manufacturing industry to provide equipment for the heavy chemical industry. The main operating characteristics of the welding rod tensile testing machine are in the manufacturing industry with the status of industrial center, especially in the installation 3 The collection system destroys the equipment manufacturing industry, which is the foundation of the sustainable development of the national economy, the engine and power source of industrialization and modernization, and
