Drilling, charging and blasting shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the blasting instructions in the operating procedures. The blast holes shall be arranged reasonably, especially the position and angle of the cutting holes shall be appropriate, and the charge amount shall be reasonable. When approaching or passing through the fault fracture zone, blasting shall be suspended and air pick and hand pick shall be used for excavation to prevent blasting from collapsing and toppling the head-on support.
